Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Within Australia
Delivery options via Australia Post (AusPost):
• Free EXPRESS shipping on orders over $150
• Standard post – calculated at checkout for orders under $150
• Express post – available at checkout for orders under $150
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Metro areas: 1–3 business days (Express) / 3–6 business days (Standard)
Regional areas: 2–6 business days (Express) / 4–8 business days (Standard)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations using tracked courier services.
Please note:
• The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• Local regulations may affect delivery timeframes
• We cannot guarantee entry of supplements into all countries
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your delivery in real time.
Incorrect Address Or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at standard shipping cost.
Lost Or Stolen Parcels
We do not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged by Australia Post after dispatch. If your parcel is missing, we will work with AusPost to assist in locating it and resolving the issue.
